Many thanks to all the people who have supported me on my journey and showed me the path on which I now walk. Especially, thank you to my wife, Laura, daughter Maeve, and my parents and brother. Life has been, I believe, challenging for those around me as I navigated through my mental health adventures to arrive where I am now. I anticipate that the fruits of their support (and frustration) will bloom as I continue on my path towards mental wellness and, possibly, self-realization.
